Competition Rules

Eligibility: Open to all members of The EntreArchitect Community. Participation implies agreement to these rules and the final decision of the judges.

​Registration Fee: $20
​
​Theme: Submissions must embody the spirit and culture of EntreArchitect, reflecting the innovative and collaborative essence of small firm leaders. Designs should also incorporate elements celebrating Nashville's culture and architectural heritage.​
​
Design Guidelines:

  • Submit original artwork only. Designs must not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Format: Designs should be submitted in high-resolution JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, suitable for printing.
  • Size: The print area for the t-shirt is 12" wide x 16" tall.
  • Colors: Up to 5 distinct colors may be used in the design, not including the t-shirt color.
  • T-shirt Color: Indicate your preferred t-shirt color as part of your submission.

Submission Process:

  • Each participant may submit up to two designs.
  • Email your designs to tshirt@entrearchitect.com with the subject line "T-Shirt Design Competition Submission - [Your Name]".
  • Include your full name, contact information, and a brief description of your design concept.

Judging Criteria:

  • Creativity and originality.
  • Relevance to the contest theme.
  • Aesthetic appeal and practicality for printing on a t-shirt.

Prizes:

  • The winning design will be featured as the official t-shirt for The EntreArchitect Community Annual Meeting 2024.
  • The winner will receive a special prize package, including free registration to The EntreArchitect Community Annual Meeting 2024 ($895 value), a spotlight feature on the EntreArchitect platform, and more.

Important Dates:

  • Submission Deadline: Sunday, June 30, 2024
  • Winner Announcement: Monday, July 15, 2024

Rights and Ownership:

  • By submitting a design, participants grant EntreArchitect (Gābl Technologies, Inc.) non-exclusive rights to use the design for promotional and merchandise purposes.
  • The original artist retains the right to display their design in their portfolio.

Disclaimer: EntreArchitect (Gābl Technologies, Inc.) reserves the right to make adjustments to the winning design or decline submissions that do not adhere to the contest rules.
